  • VA/FHA Inspection Data: Property details and inspection-related documentation provided during VA or FHA inspection and repair services.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referral sources.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on your IP address, used to determine if you are within our service area.

1.3 AI Vision Tool Data

When you use our AI Vision Tool, we collect the photos you upload of your home or property. These images are processed by artificial intelligence to generate visual renderings and design suggestions for potential remodeling or repair projects. Uploaded photos may be temporarily stored for processing purposes and to deliver your visualization results. We do not sell or share your uploaded photos with unrelated third parties.

1.4 Chatbot and SMS Communications

Our website features an AI-powered chatbot that can communicate with you via the website and SMS text messaging. When you interact with the chatbot or opt in to SMS communications, we collect:

  • Your phone number, provided voluntarily when you request SMS communication or submit a form containing a phone number field.
  • Message content, timestamps, and interaction history to provide better service and follow-up.
  • Consent records for SMS communications, including the date, time, and method of consent, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely by Cyrus Construction and our SMS service provider (Twilio Inc.) to deliver messages on our behalf. While Ohio does not currently have a comprehensive state privacy law equivalent to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we extend these rights to all of our customers regardless of location as a matter of good business practice.
